Connell Law Office, PLLC is family owned and operated. We are located in the Rainier Beach neighborhood in South Seattle. Raymond Connell founded Connell Law Office in 1986, specializing in Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. Since then, we have expanded into additional practice areas but remain true to our mission:
Serve Every Client with Dignity, Professionalism, and Compassion.
We work diligently with you throughout your legal proceeding. We are able to keep up with changes that occur during the legal process and are able to address challenges efficiently and effectively. We are not afraid to advocate for you in and out of the courtroom.
As your neighborhood law firm, we offer a unique perspective on legal and personal matters. We offer appointments (in person and virtual) to accommodate busy and unconventional schedules. Home visits are available for mobility impaired clients. Our desire is to give all clients a comfortable space to speak and to be heard.
We will never settle a claim without the full input of the client.

Raymond was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica.
Raymond earned a Bachelors or Arts from the University of Washington and graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1983.
Raymond also serves as a Pro Tem Judge for Renton Municipal Court and the Honorary Consul for Jamaica.

Bianca A. Connell- Flint
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Bianca was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She attended Holy Names Academy, earned her B.A. in Accounting and law degree from Seattle University. She is licensed to practice in Washington and New York.

Bianca was a Deputy Prosecutor with King County Prosecutors Office and an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Seattle.

Bianca serves on several boards and enjoys speaking to perspective lawyers.
